I say it is what hangs off my cat after it has used its litter-box. You know, that poop that dangles off its furry hind quarters, as it swings back and forth it looks like a bell ringing (that I annoyingly have to remove somehow).

Dipwitch

It's a flying trick that witches learn at flying school, it's a very difficult and dangerous manourve in which they have too dip the broomstick down towards the ground then pull it sharply up inches before they reach they touch the ground to avoid crashing.
There was a young witch years ago who was known for this trick, and she was called Deidre the dipwitch , and ever since, the trick in memory of Deidre was called the ''dipwitch".
