„Nine Hours To Dawn“ is a classical point & click adventure game developed by Cogliostro and made with AGS-engine.
It is a fully playable offline game, heavy on atmosphere and storytelling, a bit spooky with 37 rooms, 4 playable characters, three alternate endings, and one mini-game.



There are some people who find together by accident in an abandoned place. Try to stay alive, get help and make it until dawn by finding items, solving puzzles and make the right decisions ....

First of all, I'm creeped out. Look at the screenshot above, and look at my avi. Yes, I used a real picture of myself. Notice anything similar?

Second of all, I need help at the very end. So far,

I'm looking at the pot farmer's ghost, but I can't figure out how to get past him.

I have

GPS, can of silver paint, Bible, crystal ball, homemade candle and flashlight

What am I missing?

Hello Jack – نhem – OjiisanHikui!

If the blue orb/Bellucci won't let you through when it/he is told to do, you might find something to gain his respect, therefor Jack needs to know first, what he has done down in the cave.

Look several times at the plant beds to get a clue, what the blue orb/Bellucci did.

You are missing an item wich is needed to create something usefull to go on after this point.

Look behind the pic on the first floor.

Now think about what you could do, that the blue orb/Belucci wants to leave and believes you.

Jonathon Bellucci was growing pot. Like the 80's girl-ghost/Jennifer/his daughter he thinks he's still alive and the motivations he had when he was alive are the ones that effect him now.

Who would make a pot farmer want to leave?

How can you impersonate someone like that?

save Gordy and Darcy?

I'm not quite sure, whether you really mean Darcy.

Therefore I will formulate it in a different way, that may help you
(and doesn't give away too much for those, who didn't play through the game even once)

1. Jack is ultimately judged on all of those characters (at the basis of their death or survival), who can be saved, depending on the behavior of Jack.

2. Do handle this: What or if Jack does something may change the "result". ;-)

Wow what a great game! At the end where you do the spell and now I can not find the
homemade candle to go with the salt..lol

You'll have to create a candle by using ...

... the wood cleaner and a string (from the necklace)

You can find the ...

... wood cleaner in one of the bathrooms.
