This is to help people who are having trouble with the very last puzzle.
<spoiler>In the final room with the paintings, pay close attention to what the paper tells you. Each color represents something, except one. One is irrelevant.
The colors go like this:
Green=Envy
Violet=Pride
Orange=Lust
White=wrath
Blue=Sloth
Black=Gluttony
Red=Death, or Last
Each of the pictures depict one of these things. Put the number to the corresponding color.
Now, in the book mentioned that you MUST go back to the library and read to finish the puzzle, this is the important bit of what you will read:
It was in the blue room where stood the prince, with a group of pale courtiers by his side. At first, as he spoke, there was a slight rushing movement of this group in the direction of the intruder, who at the moment was also near at hand, and now, with deliberate and stately step, made closer approach to the speaker. But from a certain nameless awe with which the mad assumptions of the mummer had inspired the whole party, there were found none who put forth hand to seize him, so that, unimpeded, he passed within a yard of the prince's person, and while the vast assembly, as if with one impulse, shrank from the centres of the rooms to the walls, he made his way uninterruptedly, but with the same solemn and measured step which had distinguished him from the first. Through the BLUE chamber to the PURPLE-Through the PURPLE to the GREEN, through the GREEN to the ORANGE, through this again to the WHITE, and even thence to the VIOLET, ere a decided movement had been made to arrest him. It was then, however, that the Prince Prospero, maddening with rage and the shame of his own momentary cowardice, rushed hurriedly through the six chambers, while none followed him on account of a deadly terror that had seized upon all. He bore aloft a drawn dagger, which had approached, in rapid impetuosity, to within three or four feet of the retreating figure, when the latter, having attained the extremety of the velvet apartment, turned suddenly and confronted his pursuer. There was a sharp cry-and the dagger dropped gleaming upon the sable carpet, upon which, instantly afterwards, fell prostrate in death the Prince Prospero. Then, summoning the wild courage of despair, a throng of the revellers at once threw themselves into the BLACK apartment, and seizing the mummer, whose tall figure stood erect and motionless within the shadow of the EBONY clock, gasped in unuterrable horror at finding the grave-cerements and corpse-like mask which they handled with so violent a rudeness, untenanted by any tangible form. And now was acknowledged the presence of the RED Death. He had come like a thief in the night. And one by one dropped the revellers in the blood-bedewed halls of their revel, and died each in the despairing posture of this fall. And the life of the EBONY clock went out with that of the last of the gay. And the flames of the tripods expired. And Darkness and Decay and the RED Death held illimitable dominion over all.
Figure it out yet?

SPOILER ALERT - Solution to Game on TV - DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANNA KNOW
it is a grid with 16 squares - 4 x 4. When I say "Row" I am referring to right to left. WHen I say column, I am referring to up and down. This is the pattern to click to light up all the boxes at one time
Ummmmmm I don't get it all I figured there'd be like 7 different days with different puzzles but i finished the painting code thing read the note and then there's nothing to do and the walkthrough says it's over... but like there's no ending and even the last note said it was one of seven... Am i missing something here?
That's because, in the end of the game, you come to bed and start to sleep (the character). There's a next part of the game. I don't know another URL for it, just that one in portuguese:
Окунитесь в мир бесплатных онлайн игр! Покер, бинго, маджонг и много других игр ждут Вас! Присоединяйтесь и почувствуйте азарт настоящих развлечений.
If you wanna see the end of the game, play the second day, then thirth, then forth... Well, you understand me.

How sad this is, I finished the first day of the last seven days off the world.
There is no any difficulty in finish that game. Anyway, if you had some doubt about it, is just enter in any room, like the hallway, and click in the little "W" on the screen. The "W" is close of your inventary. Read it. If you have any other doubt about the game, it will be propably in the part of the marbels. Is just enter in the URL: http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=8/22921530749.jpg&s=x1 and put the marbels just like in the photo.
I think that will help.

The link in the first post of this thread works fine. If you have problems loading it, try another browser or upgrade your Flash Player to version 8. This should help.
