nevermind,I solved it

Level 15 is a matter of altering the lightness of the picture. Use a picture program like XnView

I don't have that program,can you just post the answer,please?

can anyone help me on 12?

You need two letters for this one plus ".htm" of course. The first letter is to the left of the picture and seems to be part of the border framing the picture. If you look closer at the border of the frame you might notice that it is partly thicker then the rest. The second letter is so obvious one might miss it the first time. There is a big black area dividing the two greenish areas, but the black thing is really a letter.
