    You could always use the Voice Programme microsoft provides.

    Im sure this is better but I dont have time to download it tonight.

    Ill give it a try later.

    Lol, those things are great for prank calls lol!

      The only problem is you can use it to sync. cyborgs +only+ . It s nothing that will really help u with games or movies since it sounds rather... crappy. But it s fun to play around with it :>.

                The best voice program is "Text Speaker". Amazing text to speech tool. I am using it to create an audio file of my documents in MP3 format.Recommended for everyone. Worked well for me.
