Hi, I'm glad I found your site. I'm very impressed with the availability of these free 3D modeling programs that were linked to on one of the sticky pages here by one of the mods, and I've already d/l some of them. Also I have thousands of digital photos taken since 2004 plus older 35 mm photos that I have taken with my cameras and I'm wondering if it's possible to import these images into one of more of these 3D modeling programs that's I've already d/l, that is, after I've edited them in Photoshop to make them look like they were taken on an alien planet?
the programs I've d/l are:
-Caligari TrueSpace 7.6
--Zmodeler
--3D Crafter91
--Art Of Illusion
-Kashmir 3D
Is it really true that, in the event that I can import my own photos into these program, I can then use them to create aliens that look different than humans, flying saucers, etc?
I also have the free Bryce 5 d/l stashed away somewhere in my office that is backed up onto a dic, I think.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT - I also d/l gmax12
