YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS FORMULA
1. ADD THE AMOUNT OF KIDS IN EACH TOWN AND ITS OK IF IT AVERAGES 5.8
2. YOU GET THE TOTAL POPULATION AND DIVIDE IT BY 100
3. THEN MULTIPLY THAT BY THE KIDS IN THAT COUNTRY
4. IF YOU GET A NUMBER LIKE 934.34342 THEN ROUND UP OR DOWN UNTIL IT SAYS ITS RIGHT
