Hmmm, I get confused on the level which is also on your screenshot

Just don't do anything. The level before it says they are going to be doing a screening of the last years tournament win. It means that it's a video/recording of how this game was won last year (, like this game was around last year) and it's an example of how precise you must to beat the game. (When I finish it, that is).
Also just serves as background, storyline, and filler,
The ">>Replay<<" is there to ensure you that it is just showing you what has already happened in the past,

No, they are not...
Well, the LEVEL is the same, but it is the words that is important there, they provide the background...
(It's basically what I put in the LP on this page, but you only get like a 1 sentence description on that site, so you have to incorperate the story into your game if you want it in there)

What level is that? (It tells you level number in top right everytime you restart the level)

@Mistery: Okay, I got the help you need on level 6

If you are refering to the level with all of the reflectors bouncing you around and the four portals taking you back up to the top, that level is hit and miss. You have to get lucky and get into a spot that will drop you straight into the portal, then you will get all of the coins. Then, use your "emergency" shot to get the coins in the middle.
It IS possible to get all eight coins with only shot though, but rare.

It's best to save that area for last. It's easy to get into there, but it's hard getting out, and you lose,
