Ocean - could it be that you

didn't take the knife out of the piano (click the top of the piano)

If you play the tune slowly and correctly,

A piece of cheese will fall out by the pedals after you exit the piano close-up screen.

Ocean, I think you have to

carve the pumpkin and read the note.... then, it should work
