For the string ... It is between the tiles above the tub or there are yellow squares inside ... Looks like the floor is badly drawn ...

Together with what you get from the toilet the string is the 'key' to your escape!

HINT: Look at small arched window.
When I learn to do a spoiler I will send the rest.

The words ESCAPE WORLD (from aeched window) going from bottom of code, left to right spells LOWER DOOR...

I have no Items left and can't figure out the code on the toilet tank.

You use the small bottle you find on the small tub by the toilet. Gives you a code that makes sense with the numbers you got on the big bath. I can't get the code to work, I've tried it backwards and forwards too.
