Ok, I feel stupid for asking but can someone give me a hint on where to find the

I may have to resort to looking at the above hints because I am presently stuck with an uncooked chicken leg (which the fussy, obviously not hungry, dog rejects) and what looks like a Sponge Bob Square Pants on a leash.

EDIT: Found the place to use Sponge Bob (who is pantless, by the way)

EDIT: Is that toothpaste? Regardless of what it is, I simply cannot find a place to use it. Uncle. I will now look at the hints...

very hard to find spot

in the kitchen on top of the shelfs ,just below item bar ,you find some powder

from there its easy

Had a key, used it

a knife, chicken leg and thigh, and a face. The dog does not want the chicken, guess I have to cook it
