Well I used the poster on the wall as a hint trying to figure out the numbers, but I'm not 100% sure, if it gave me the correct number. I got it on my second try.

Edit: Oh, actually I remembered it now! It's not the room you're in but the

storage room

You need to have the letter code to get the tool.

use the number of the storage room on the computer to switch on a light.

Oh, and the 3 digit code, I have no idea what to do with it. I'm guessing it's a key to the final code.
