Missing the nineteenth coin and some patience

A couple (can't remember which one was the 19th) were

above the door, in one of the many squares on the door (click 'em twice)...

I'm missing 8th on top row and 7th and 9th on bottom row.

look inside the cupboard once you've opened it.

under the top drawer, click somewhere top-ish left when it's open.

on tv, you just have to wait long enough when it's on.

Weirdly enough you get more cake if you leave with 17 coins than you get with 20 coins. And with 17 coins you even get an extra coin that looks like the Iron Chef host.

1. click right side of table cloth
2. click top of table
3. in rabbit from box under tv (click to turn around and unzip)
4. click top left door above bookshelves
5. from bubbles in white stuff from box under tv
6. click tabletop again to turn it around
7. top of book shelf
8. click open top left door above bookshelves
9. from picture - click to zoom after it is off wall, then click middle of sun
10. above door (may need stick)
11. click left side of table cloth
12. in box under tv
13. in book from box under tv (also get key there)
14. from poking holes in door window panes
15. click 2nd red book in middle shelf
16. from rabbit under sun picture (clue in book from box)
17. from tv - wait after #s display
18. from middle drawer (after getting coin from back of top drawer?)
19. from back of picture corner clue (top drawer)
20. unscrew panel next to door then click to turn it over.
