I have the crowbar highlighted, but nothing's working it says some thing in Japanese but i don't get the plank.

On one side you need to add the hinges and small screws, on the other side you can make 8 holes with the drill (did you put in the spiral thingy?) at specific places

the holes are on the front side with 12 small screws
the red thingy(not the screwdriver) is still active -.- .....

Did you actually make any holes yet? If you have, then you should know where to put the big screws =.=

When you look at the stairs from the side, click on the floor at the bottom right area. You should be zoomed in. Then use the crowbar on one of the planks.
