I only came up with three maybe four words that seem to make sense but no go..

The last 12 letters dont make anything

Tried following all hints posted and i'm not getting anywhere.. Still dont understand following the lines..

the lines are the key. follow them. go from top to bottom, left to right.

any progress with 16?

omg, 15 is evil, read it but i cant get it to make any sense even with all the hints, could I get another one plz????
