This level is giving me grief again. Cannot find the right decoding tool. HELP needed!

You need a Polybius square with transposition ciper starts with B and purplehell has that don't forget the key

For 31 I tried to decode using the C****r B*x cipher from Purple Hell but I'm getting rubbish Either I'm not using the right decoding method or I don't know how to use that particular one correctly
