Can someone give me a Mega hint on 7.

I read the hint that it's a quote from a movie, but google is not my friend on this. I also googled the source clue.

However this way of speaking kinda reminds me of I******** C******* (T** P*** P******).
But nothing I tried worked.

edit: Hmm could be about S*** W***. That would explain why I am stuck here. I never saw any of those.
