No, not as bad as you would think! It stung a little, but it wasn't excruciating.

@GH1--It doesn't give an amount, but I imagine a small amount could cause problems... it says that swallowing may cause "asphyxiation pneumonia." You're not supposed to drink anything or induce vomiting if swallowed, because that could make it worse.
