I got that far too with the darts... and also found

one battery which I put in a remote and got the tv to show me colored numbers. No clue what they mean

... and stuck too!

Besides the colour clue on the "painting", I have a colour clue

on the television. I'm also comparing numbers with an actual dartboard.

Alas, I'm still confused.
