Totally stuck, got 3 cubbies open, but the number one, the letters one and the colors one all say "I have no idea"

This is what I have... glass with grenadine in it, ice tongs, galliano, a sliced lemon, brandy, and a green cocktail stick.

Okay now I know exactly how to solve the letters but not idea how to activate it...

There was a napkin in the inventory with a number on it, but it disappeared before I could use it (and I can't remember the number!) I would have finished if not for that. I couldn't find any way to get it back. Otherwise, nice game.
