Made it without help!

Oh dear, not sure if I can complete this one; looks hard....
Have book, pencil, 2 red gun shells(?).
Read book, see 2 clues...not sure what to do with one of them but 2nd gave me a white thing.

Read under light.

Installed white thing and now have remote(?)...doesn't do anything so far....
LOL...okay, I guess gun shells weren't gun shells. Remote works now.
And for all that work, I get a lemon...?
Used an item from my inventory; now have a knife and now another clue.

Bottom drawer.

Pencil.

Entered clue (look close, it's deceptive); now have canteloupe.
Have to run; back later...
Okay....now to work out the glasses clue....it worked! Now I have a key.

Press enter for each letter; as per book clue.

Used key and now I have a paper clue...looked around room & I see what it probably pertains to...
Got it...and now I have a gameboy(?).

Click corners as if spelling item in pic.

That was hard & took a few attempts....would've been nice if the blue buttons could show a little longer!.

Per button, drag mouse to draw out a number.

And out! That was a wonderful game & I'm so happy I made it out without help.
