I used the "print screen" button that is on my keyboard
Then pasted the pic in a pic edit program, PAINT for example, and then cut the section that I wanted and made a new pic. Then saved it and uploaded.

to copy it i used the print screen button on my keyboard then pasted it into "paint" after that you can "cut" the image to the size you want then i saved it as a jpeg image
