Save your image on your computer as jpg. images. When you make a post click "Go Advanced" and click "Manage Attachments" in Additional Options. You can upload your images there.

I suppose you mean that when you right click on your pic in the pirate ship creator you get a new small window that says "quality", "settings" and so on. Well, when you save the pic to your computer, use the Print Screen key (Prnt Scrn) on your keyboard. You will make a "photo" of what you see on your screen with that key. Make sure that the picture you want to copy is in full view on your screen before pressing that key. It will not seem like anything has happened because the picture is automatically put in your clipboard. Open a picture edit program like Paint. Resize the program so you can see your desktop behind the program, otherwise it will seem like nothing has happened once you paste the picture into the program.
When you have your picture in the program, make a cut out of the picture and copy the cut out. Select a new page and paste the cut out. Save the picture as an jpg file.
When you are about to post the picture on GH, chose "advanced edit" and then "manage attachments" in Additional Options under the text editor. Choose the pic from your computer and press "upload".
