This is Loekie de leeuw (Loekie the lion), he was a big TV icon for many years, untill they decided to cancel him because it was to costly to make the short Loekie films. These films would appear between commercials on certain Dutch channels.
People were very upset when he disappeared, growns ups and kids alike. I feel he is hollands biggest TV icon, and he was oh so funny
