Well, I have to admit I cheated a little.
I couldn't find the movie using google, so I used TinEye. I found the picture but the picture wasn't on the listed sites anymore. But one of the pics was named dinamo.jpg. Dinamo appears to be an Croatian football club, but with a bit of logical thinking I figured dinamo was dynamo. Google images >> dynamo movie, made me find the picture. The site where it was on said it was Dynamo from Running Man. You can say about my cheating whatever you want but it wasn't easy to find the picture and movie name.

My Life In Ruins
Okay I know this one is pretty obscure because of the (rather odd) picture but it's the only one I could find, sorry!
This was one of my favourite films when I was a kid, wow I had strange taste back then! I still actually have the VHS of it around my room somewhere, you think it would go for much on ebay?
