You don't mean via a host, right?
Go advance, click the paperclip and upload the pic via manage attachment, click the paperclip again to insert the image in your post.

16. Hiding an image in a spoiler is just as easy - after loading your image via the manager insert a spoiler with 3 blank spaces in it. Highlight and replace the middle one (shown as X) by chosing to insert the image eg. [SP0ILER="Hidden image"] X [/SPOILER]RBS taught me this
