Well, I don't see anything in the rules of the game that you HAVE to notify someone. I think that's probably up to you. Just to make it fun, many of us DO notify the "victims" since it's silly and all in fun. And, as you know, it brings more players to this thread.

I personally always sent a vm, and with the link if the memeber most likely is not familiar with this game.
Like Escape alreday said it's indeed not a rule, but for me it's an unwritten rule. The tomato-ing part is pointless to me if the "victims" are not aware of it. But that's just how I see it.
