Just reading the topic of your essay makes me feel angry. These so called beauty pageants are nothing but exploitation of the young and innocent. As a mother myself I can't understand why anyone would want to put their children through such an unnatural process. Young children and toddles should not be subjected to thick make-up, high heels and big hair. This goes against all the social values that a developed society should aspire to.
