Usually there is ONE (known) pane to work off of... but I think this is the 1st one in which there is precious little to go on !! (personally speaking)

                Good mystery RBS

All I can guess is the 'n' represents n' -or- and (MAYbe),
and that the end is 'big(ger)ant' -or- 'large ant'.

The toes are anybody's guess !!

                Sheesh.

                EDIT:

                1. Something to do with amputation ? frost bite ? or, is it along the lines of 'little piggies' as earlier suggested ?
                3. "Queen" ant ? The band 'Queen' ? (briefly looked for songs... nada).

The toes are just blacked out, not amputated, so it looks like he wants to highlight those certain toes

Sorry to keep you hanging. Its a two word answer

Pane 1 - you have to work with the word 'toes'. If you can get the easier 2nd word it should become evident.

N - is what it is

Pane 2 - The ant without the arrow pointing at him is the shorter ant.

Im still trying to work it out. But I think the second word is 'intolerant' ?

                          Edit: lactose intolerant?
