I've decided to post this thread and I hope that there is not any similar game.

Here are the rules of the game

Someone posts a picture and the next person posts another one which contains
sth same with the previous.

For example if I will post a road with a lot of cars the second can post a car in α garage the third a house with a garage etc

Yes, it's similar but not the same. In Silly Pictures you can post whatever comes into your mind when you see the previous image, in this one, your picture has to contain something from the previous picture

Is this OK? Or do you want to keep it actual objects from pic to pic. This is more of a theme or motif connection.....

It's difficult to find a picture to contain the same thing exactly.
