Well, actually, you'd be surprised that it is not. It is however, very closely related to Burke's Barrage.
I am serious, it truly is not (I compared the two animations side-by-side and there is a slight difference between the two).

Hint: The name of this trick is an aliteration.

I honestly can't see the diffence between Burkes Barrage and the one you posted. I posted them side by side and the animation appears the same to me.

It's the hardest of what I understand to be some of the three most difficult juggling tricks that are possible: Burke's Barrage, Mill's Mess, and Rubenstein's Revenge.
