Found another site that has very similar things by the names of BOTH Kalimba and Mbira... Hmmm....

That site says they translate roughly to "thumb-piano"

EDIT: Lilliput got that 'translation' before me, YAY you!
IDK, but I'd guess that you'd be right... I get results typing in both spellings (sanza/sansa) but I'd go by your translation. You probably know that better than me,

Sorry, guys. I fell asleep on the couch earlier.

I didn't find sanza/sansa as an alternative name for "thumb piano," but it looks like it's the same thing. All the other guesses are correct, too--it's an instrument of many names! As JustEazy said, I think Funja should go next, since I spoiled his last turn. However, JustEazy guessed a correct answer first, so either of them may go next. Great job to everyone for finding so many correct answers!
