The picture I found said they were for pets, if they are similar to baby toothbrushes, then you two can flip a coin or arm-wrestle for it

But it's okay Fern got it. She guessed what kind of toothbrush it was in that picture.

Let's see,it's hand-operated,the cylinder is attached to a spring-loaded cord hooked to a hand control with a small hopper behind it.
