It's the Parc Olympique, and is used as a stadium for sports? (i.e. soccer, baseball, football)
@Wirodeu--It's not the biodome.
... Erm, well, now that I research more, the biodome is part of Parc Olympique... but... I'm confused now.

OK, I'll hand this one to Crimsonthread, but the story behind this was that after the olympics, they converted it into a Biodome, and it has been one ever since (I'm pretty sure).

Nope, it's not something of an old game like kirby's adventure for NES (I take it that you refer to that game?
).
It's something for a newer game platform, and I believe somewhere from 2004-2005
