I dont think there is anything that keeps track of your gems except that they dont come back.

Also good job on getting both!

Important:
You need to recollect the first 2 gems.
They were saving correctly, but to the wrong location.
This has been fixed now.

Shouldn't be a big problem if you already have found them, you know where they are
