I remember playing some games a few years ago that involved finding keys, and I'm pretty sure there was something about ducks and a bee flying across the screen that you had to click on.
But I can't seem to find links to these anymore.
Also game series #2 where it was very simply drawn and was an escape the room game, but you were in a tower. Each game was another level. No shading, just thick black lines and solid colours like red, green, blue and yellow. I think it was on a website in Japanese.
