Looking for an old room escape game

I thought it was called "escape the tower" but that's only bringing up an actual escape room, or a game that isn't the right one at all.
You were in a tower block, simple graphics (think white with thick black lines and the colours were like red, blue, green and solid blocks of colour at that). It was updated semi-regularly if I remember right and you would escape from a section of the tower in which each game was another room / level to the tower.
Japanese site hosting the game I believe.

Anyone know what the game could be?
