Awww, that's a wee shame they called you your dog's name.

The one thing that gets on my nerves is, after 15 years, you would think that your parents would remember your name!!
My mum & dad have called me Kirsty (my sister), Phoenix (my pet cat!!) etc. And it always takes them ages to finally say MY name (it's Kayleigh by the way)
Does that happen to anyone else here??
One of four girls. Yeah, they never got my name right and called me the dog's name, too. At least your pet had a cool name. My dog's name was Tramp. (As in "Lady and the...") So.......yeah.......good times.

No thanks. You keep it. Besides, I found a keychain knife with my name premade on it in a Yellowstone gift shop, so now I can sleep at night.

@Old biker.. Really? Not my "zoeteke".

Before we started to date my husband called me lady L.

@Princess, it never happened to me. But I am also only child (no brothers or sisters). But my grandfather calls me Annemieke now and then (my mother's name).

    ROFL, old biker!

LOL, Princess! I feel for ya. I am the only girl among 5 kids. So it didn't happen to me. (Though my mom did call me by the dog's name more than once. ) It happened TONS to my brothers. They're all pretty close in age, too. It's hilarious. She'd call them by the other three brother's names first, before she'd get it right.

And nice to meet ya Kayleigh.

    Nice to meet you guys.
LOL, at least you guys have a better chance of finding your name on a keychain in a gift shop. Marshall is thought of more as a last name, so that's why I never find mine.
