i have a remedy to stop ur bad habit maniac,
basically u shave ur head, becum completly bald n ull stop touchin ur hair wen ur stressed or studing!! lol

That works when im not studying,but when i study my mind is already doing somehting,so i cant do anything else.
And when im stressed out,touching my hair makes me feel good.
