Undergraduate thesis about The Witcher (Help me to collect data)

I am an undergraduate student at Information Systems & Technologies department of Yeditepe University/Turkey. I am writing a thesis about "Presence in Computer Games" and I choose "The Witcher" as a case study. I designed a questionnaire about RPGs which can be found at :
