OMB. That looks so surreal. It doesn't look like the waterspout ever came in contact with the bridge. Even so that is what I would call a minor distraction to safe driving. Plus I am sure everybody was on their cellphones talking to someone about what they were seeing. Lucky the traffic was moving at all.

well i would say that would happen once in awhile (especialy if thats the bridge i think it is) it looks like the lake pontchatrain causeway which spans 28 miles over water.
