Saving youtube videos

I want to save a youtube video and I was wondering how you do that. There is a thing in google videothat will let you save the video. Is there a way to save youtube videos?? Icantfindone.

Is there any for Google Chrome?? I use that. I still have ie but I use Google Chrome more.

Not that I know of. Google Chrome is rather new, and I don't think that there are such add-ons yet.
You might want to search on Google for it, but I doubt you will find anything at the time being.

You don't need to download any software with it. It saves it as an FLV file though, so you will need a FLV converter if you want to watch it on Windows Media Player. Alternately you can download a FLV player as well. This one is freeware:

I use this one to convert them so i can put them on my ipod. They save on your comp so you can watch them on windows media player.

The only downside is it saves as "Youtube - (Name)"

I just need to download the video (music videos) off of youtube or google video so I can watch them on my zune.
