Today a small incident happened in the area where I live. Sound asleep I awoke early this morning because the whole building I live in was shaking and it wouldn't stop. It turns out there was an earthquake in this part of Sweden of a magnitude which we have not experienced for over a hundred years. The quake measured 4.7 on the Richter scale, not dramatic and no one was injured. Here is the thing though: I am not a brave person so I considered going back to sleep UNDER my bed

About the war in Israel

Hello!
My name is Inbal and I want to tell you about a real story that happning to the isreali's citizens.
I know this maby not the right fourm to discuss about this, but I really want to share you about the situation we beening through.
I am from Isreal, and living in the north side of the country. We having a war in this days against Hamas and Hizbullah in the south side of the country.
Two years ago I felt what the citizens in the south feeling this days, because we had a war too in the north side of the contry.
I don't want to compare my situation to their situation, beacuse they living in the shadow of the shelling and qassams,etc for about 8 years.
I just want to share and talk about this situation they having now, beacuse many innocents people are dying and geting hurt psychologically and emotionally from this.
I just want to express myself and explain to the world that we had enough from this situation.
Two years ago what start the war in the north are the kidnapping of 3 innocents soliders that two of them we succeed to restore, but only thier body, because the Hizbullah kiled them.
The other one is still captured in captivity of the Hamas, for about 920 days.
I just want him to return safe and sound to Isreal, to his famliy.
O.k I talked a lot, but I just want the people all over the world to know what we are feeling.
I will be gald to hear responses about what do you feel about our situation.

There is a big airplane in the Hudson River. I hope everybody is alright. The TV is showing lots of boats going to the plane which is still floating.

Edit: New report says everybody got out. 148 passengers plus 5 or 6 crew.

I think everybody is already on those boats. They were actually lucky to go into the river where they did because so many ferry boats were literally on top of the accident scene within minutes.

The websites I have looked at haven't been updating the story much. Have they definitely comfirmed everyone is out?

CNN is reporting yes. One of the passengers has said he thinks everybody got out but some were injured. Preliminary report is a huge flock of birds took out both engines. The plane was in the air after take-off less than 3 minutes.
