yeas very cold here freezing alrady i think it took alwhile but it is cold it ahd been pretty wram all november, but it is cold now

Of course, those are the only 2 ways of measuring temperature, except for Kelvin degrees, wich are use in very few scientific reports.

No, you allso have Kelvin, but that's more of a chemical way to measure the temperature
