a sprite is a pokemon person robot ect. that u can use 2 make pictures,games and anything else

Yes, it is an object/character that you can put into your game. Sprites are usually animated (e.g. ball moving, character dancing etc.).

You can't make animated characters with Paint alone, if you mean that.
