bige: try a slower frame rate on the flips. Don't make it extremely slow unless you want slo-mo kind of thing. But It skips, and thats not good.
And work on the landing.

ummm...yeah.
Well, it's all choppy. The physics are unreallistic, you need to make your own sticks. The movements are bad, and the camera is stiff.
Not bad if this is your first.

Someguy, I think it would be better to give some constructive feedback instead of listing what is bad in your opinion.
Constructive feedback contains ideas how to make it better, shows up things/methods for improvement etc. - this would help people much more, and would sound less rude.

I'm not trying to sound rude.
I've been in flash and pivot a while, and hung out mostly on animation forums where that was considered constructive critisism.
But let me go into more depth...
It's choppy, make the movements from frame to frame a little smaller. The physics, it's like...there's no gravity. When they jump, they should fall to the ground at a fast rate, making your own sticks just makes the animation look ten times better, trust me. The movements, there a bit slow decrease the frame rate so it goes a little faster. Stiff camera, make action lines, as I like to call them, like if someone gets punched, you can make them soar a small distance, give it action lines, and you have a moving camera.

Edit: im trying my best on the pivot comics smoothness. im trying my best. the one i already put on there is my best try. im saying its smoothness: great.

Edit2: heres a funny short. this guys smoking a cigar and some other guy wants to fight him. why does he shake his head at the end? because hes laughing.
