for the first goon you have to get the string that goes down onto the dingy then attach the string to the cage door thing the goon keeps standing on
btw all through this get the flag so when the goon come you can cover yourself and not get scared

i cant do it the way u said i have put the net in the cannon

But when I tried it worked for me. I wonder what is wrong. But I didn't put the net in the cannon at all like you said. I clicked action when I was near that rope to the right of the cannon and Scoob and Shaggy went up the rope and they were ready with the net to trap the pirate.

When you finish it according to your way let me know. I have been playing this game for months according to the way I mentioned and never knew there are two ways to trap the pirate. ( I love this game so much that I play it all the time )

To trap the Pirate ( captain )

You need to climb the rope that is near the canon. Click space bar when you are at the place where the canon was. Shaggy and Scoob will climb and they will be ready with the net. When the pirate comes under the net click space bar, the net will fall on the Pirate.

Walkthrough for scene 1

Scene 1

~ Climb the stairs and get the axe.
~ Come back down and tie the rope ( left rope) to the cannon.
~ Stand near the (not sure what it is called but the thing that is near the big pole which has a key hanging.) Just click action. And scooby will climb it.
~ Go to the cannon and click action again so that Shaggy will throw the cannon in the water. And Scooby will get the key.
~ Now cut the rope so that Scooby will come down.
~ Use the key on the door that is near the stairs.

Walkthrough For Scene 2

Scene 2

~ Here you have to just sneak from behind the pirate and go to the stairs that are on the other side. There wil be a conversation between scoob and shaggy once you are in the room of map.
~ Now you will be back on the ship. Climb the stairs and get the black flag and the rope that is hanging near the row boat.
TRAPPING THE FIRST GOON.
~ Come back down and tie the rope to the trap door and pull it when the goon comes. If you are slow then hide under the black flag so that you wont get scared.
TRAPPING THE SECOND GOON.
~ Get the cannon powder, it's in the barrel that is near the steps. ~ And get the torch. Put the powder near the other barrels and wait till the goon comes.
~ As soon as he stands above the barrels light fire to the cannon powder.
TRAPPING THE PIRATE
~ Get the net that are near the stairs
~ Select the net and now you need to climb the rope that is near the cannon.
~ Click space bar when you are at the place where the canon was.
~ Shaggy and Scoob will go up and they will be ready with the net.
~ When the pirate comes under the net click space bar, the net will fall on the Pirate.

I can't get Scooby to climb up the pole with the key on it! =(

I've clicked space right up close to it from everywhere possible and tried stepping back slightly too!
