Yep, you're on the right track.

go into 3rd room and hide behind the crates. Knock tham and then kill the guard when he comes near you. After that move down and left and then move the red barrell in line with the other 2 red barrells so they all line up together. When you have done then, place your C4 in the space between the red barrell and the grey barrell on the top wall

Yeah, I am as well, but I've only figured out how to get the 3 switches in the room on the left cleared, I'm stuck on the other 2

You'll have to immediately place the C4 2 tiles ahead of you and then go 2 tiles back again, and then wait until both the guards are near a red barrel (if I remember correctly) and then detonate it. It's all about timing in this level.

Is that the one where there are 2 guards patroling on the left and top right of you?
If so,

place your c4 beside the red barrell and walk away. Don't detonate it until both guards are beside a red barrell themselves. When they are hit the button and when you kill them both the exit will appear
