  • One Chance

One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them. Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth. In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts? You only have ONE CHANCE to save the world. One. uno. 1.

This game is not suitable for children!

If you right-click the game, go to Settings, and set the 'Local Storage' to None, you have as many chances as you want to save the world. Otherwise you can only play the game once per computer.

If it asks you for permission to store data on your computer after you've played, make sure you deny.

WOAH! I did that and the whole game flashed past in a second--then went back to the "play" button.

Really? I did it after I finished the first time and was able to refresh the page and play again.

Sorry if I sound stupid, but how exactly do you PLAY this game? I can get my character to move left and right, and nothing else!

            Edit: Never mind. Space bar.

Just to add, while I think about it: I think a "not suitable for children" warning would be appropriate here. Perhaps some parents whose kids play these games would rather not have them play one with the "F" word (and other "adult" themes) in it.

                Interesting game
Yes, I'm going to add a warning since this game is not suitable for children.

Btw, you can replay it if you just go to

I made a cure, but it was too late. Only the doc was saved, not sure about the daughter. The end scene is that they are sitting on a bench in the park, the doc is awake and the daughter is sleeping or not alive anymore.

Interesting game, but depressing. I am not sure if there is a way to save the world.

That's what I did. But it is still not a happy ending.

No, there is no real happy end. It's more about your decision whether to work because there is a chance to save the world, or to choose to spend time with your family.
