Downloaded the player, but it says I need Mac OS to play??

Was it "webplayer-ppg.dmg"? I downloaded it and Windows Vista says it doesn't know what it is... (Clicking on "find program" it told me it's a Mac OS program)
What program is supposed to use it--IE?
